Things to do in the event of an accident

  • Do not move the vehicle from the accident site (mark the tyre areas on the road and move if it creates a traffic block)
  • Report to Janashakthi on 0112303300 forthwith of the accident
  • Inform the nearest police station or 119 forthwith of the accident (required by law)
  • Rush any injured persons to the nearest government hospital
  • Respond to all inquiries/ questions raised by the Contact Centre
  • Do not leave the vehicle unattended unless all occupants of the vehicle are to be hospitalized
